Home - Training Centre - Centenary Hall

Centenary Hall is the main Self Catering accommodation block for 44 persons on site. It is a large L-shaped wooden framed-building which was the first one we erected on the site after we purchased the existing house and paddocks.
One leg of the L contains most of the sleeping accommodation, mostly in dormitories with bunk beds. There are also four single rooms with washbasins, primarily for leaders of groups. The second leg of the L contains the toilets/washrooms and showers, some further dormitories, a staff room, utility/store room, catering-standard kitchen and the large multipurpose main hall. This has a seating area and may be set up as a games/work space, a classroom or dining room.
The building was re-roofed in 2004.
The outer building was re-cladded in 2007 with the addition of a Porch
In 2009 a complete refurbishment of the showers in Centenary Hall and the Sports hall were undertaken.
Outside is a patio area and lawns.
