About the Centre

The Boys' Brigade North West District Training & Activity Centre has been welcoming groups to Lancashire since 1989. Set in quiet countryside between Blackpool and Preston, the site brings together indoor accommodation, outdoor space and a wide range of activities in one connected place.

Open to Boys' Brigade groups, schools, churches, sports clubs, charities and other organised groups, the Centre is designed to take the pressure out of planning. Accommodation, activities, catering and meeting space are all on one site, so there is one visit, one point of contact and far fewer things to organise.

As part of The Boys’ Brigade family, the Centre is shaped by Christian faith and a long tradition of helping young people grow in character, confidence and community.

In practice, that means a secure and welcoming environment, clear communication and a stay that feels well run from arrival onward.
