2 Step 2

Create an account

Register the organisation or group leader account in the booking portal once the dates and stay type are clear.

3 Step 3

Account approval

New accounts are reviewed and approved by the Centre Warden before booking requests can be submitted.

The Warden can also place a booking on your behalf once the account has been approved.

4 Step 4

Submit the booking request

Select the full stay dates, from the first night through to the final night. Email updates follow as the booking moves through the process.

5 Step 5

Confirm with deposit

When a booking is provisionally accepted, the Centre sends the next steps by email, including deposit details, payment information and a link to the Terms & Conditions.

Payment of the deposit confirms the booking and indicates acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
