CCTV and doorbell cameras are used at the Centre to support safety, safeguarding and site security.

1 Purpose

CCTV and doorbell cameras are used to support the safety and security of visitors, staff and property.

2 Locations

Cameras are positioned at building entrances and external areas where security monitoring is appropriate.

3 Lawful basis

Processing is carried out under legitimate interests for security and safeguarding purposes.

4 Storage and retention

Footage is retained for a limited period and automatically deleted unless required for investigation.

5 Access to footage

Access to CCTV footage is restricted to authorised personnel responsible for site safety and management.

6 Subject access requests

Requests relating to recorded footage will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
