1 Responsibility
Visitors and groups remain responsible for personal belongings brought onto the site. The Centre cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal items.
2 Items found
Items found on site should be handed to Centre staff as soon as possible. Where practical, staff may also check common areas during changeovers.
3 Storage period
Lost property is normally retained for up to 30 days. Storage is limited and items may be disposed of sooner where this is necessary for hygiene, safety or space reasons (for example, perishable items).
4 Collection or return
Where possible, items may be collected by arrangement, or returned to the group. Any postage, packaging or courier costs are the responsibility of the group/individual requesting the return.
5 Disposal
Items unclaimed after the storage period may be disposed of, recycled or donated where appropriate. For lost property enquiries, use: Contact us.
