How camp runs smoothly

Keep your group settled from arrival to departure with a layout that makes daily routines easier.

Layout: Tents pitch on one side of the field, leaving the other half clear for games and activities.
Camp kitchen: Your group uses the kitchen and covered dining area as its own working base during the stay.
Outdoor toilets: Located beside the kitchen for quick access during the day and evening.
Showers: The sports hall gives your group proper male and female wash and shower blocks.
Vehicles: Onto the field for loading and unloading only, so the camping area stays clear for the rest of the stay.
Advanced parties: Arrive early and set up in advance by arrangement with the Warden.
Water: Available from the camp kitchen throughout your stay.

Camp kitchen: Industrial gas oven with 6 hobs, gas grill, sinks, prep table and fridge freezer to keep meals straightforward.
Electric points: Two free 13A sockets give you power where you need it on site.
Sports hall & activities: Showers, sports field, climbing wall and trim trail are included during your stay.
Fire option: Raised fire pits only, with a centre fire pit available to hire plus fire buckets and extinguishers provided.
Optional BBQ hire: Add a gas BBQ if it suits your programme.
Optional tent hire: Subject to availability, so include your requirements in your enquiry.

Answers before you book

Is the campsite exclusive during our stay?

No. The site can host up to three groups at a time, with each group using its own base area and shared facilities managed around the wider site.

How many tents can we pitch?

Up to 30 tents on the field, with part of the space kept clear so your group can still run activities properly.

Where are the showers and indoor toilets?

In the sports hall, with separate male and female blocks, plus outdoor toilets beside the camp kitchen for quicker access.

Can we have a campfire?

Yes, but raised fire pits only. A centre fire pit can be hired, and fire buckets and extinguishers are provided.

Can vehicles come onto the field?

Yes, for loading and unloading only. The car park is used for the rest of the stay.

Can we hire tents?

Yes, subject to availability. Include your numbers and preferred layout in your enquiry, along with details of staff available to help erect canvas.
