Sample team building day

A flavour of how a typical corporate day might run for a team of 20–30. Every programme is built around your objectives — this is a starting point, not a fixed format.

Morning
09:00 Arrival, registration and welcome briefing in the main hall. Tea, coffee and pastries.
09:30 Opening session — objectives, team introductions, programme overview. Projector, flexible seating.
10:15 Activity Rotation 1: Group A — Archery & Laser Tag. Group B — Climbing & Caving. Groups split into sub-teams and compete for points.
12:30 Lunch — served in the hall. Catered or self-organised depending on your booking type.
Afternoon
13:30 Activity Rotation 2: Groups swap — Orienteering & Command Tasks outdoors. VR experience & team problem-solving indoors.
15:30 Final challenge: Whole-group field competition — leaderless tasks, relay challenges, scoring rounds. Points tallied live.
16:30 Wrap-up session in the hall — reflection, points reveal, team recognition. Optional: awards or certificates.
17:00 Depart, or continue into an evening meal and overnight stay for residential groups.
Activities, pacing and session formats are all adjustable. Tell us your team size, objectives and budget — we'll suggest what works.
Want to extend into an overnight? Add an evening activity (fire pit, VR, night line) and breakfast the next morning.
